Arlington, Old Town to Smokey Point

Arlington sits on a bluff above where the North and South Forks of the Stillaguamish meet, with Old Town along Olympic Avenue and the big Smokey Point commercial area out at I-5 and SR 531. We run it regularly down I-5 from the valley.

We move the early-1900s homes in Old Town near Haller Park and the river, the ranch and Craftsman homes around Smokey Point, the big planned neighborhoods on Hilltop like Gleneagle with its golf course, and the acreage out toward Kent Prairie and the airport. Bluff streets, long drives, and the industrial-airport area all get planned for.

A lot of our Arlington moves are families in the Gleneagle and Hilltop neighborhoods, folks relocating for the Smokey Point and airport-area jobs, and rural moves on the prairie. We handle the whole Arlington and Smokey Point area.

Common questions

Moving in Arlington, FAQ

Do you move the big planned neighborhoods on Hilltop like Gleneagle?

Regularly. We know the layout and the golf-course-community access, and we plan the crew and truck for the drives and levels.

Can you handle an Old Town move with tight streets near the river?

Yes. The early-1900s homes there have stairs and street parking, so we plan the loading zone and truck size ahead.

Do you cover the Smokey Point area and out toward the airport?

We do. Ranch and Craftsman homes, plus the industrial and airport-area moves, are all routine for us.

We are moving from Arlington down to Marysville or up to Stanwood, can you do that?

Definitely. Those are quick I-5 runs and affordable moves.

Can you also haul away junk when we move?

Yes. We clear the garage, old furniture, or yard debris the same day, moving and junk removal in one stop.

How soon should we book?

Sooner is better, especially summer and month-end. Once you have a date, we lock it in.
